At CV MUTIARA, we value the trust placed in us by vessel owners, yacht captains, commercial fleet managers, and marine engineering contractors. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, process, safeguard, and manage customer, technical, and vessel data in connection with our marine maintenance services and spare parts distribution.

1 Regulatory Framework & Corporate Commitment

Our data governance practices comply strictly with the applicable data protection laws of the Republic of Indonesia, specifically Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU Pelindungan Data Pribadi / PDP), alongside recognized international privacy principles for foreign vessel operators navigating Indonesian territorial waters.

Zero Data Commercialization Guarantee: CV MUTIARA does not sell, lease, monetize, or trade client identities, vessel locations, or commercial parts transaction histories to third-party marketing brokers or external commercial entities under any circumstances.

4 Controlled Third-Party Disclosures

5 Technical Data Security & Retention Schedules

We implement technical, physical, and administrative safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or alteration of your records at our central Ciawi workshop and across our digital communications channels.

Data Retention Timeline: Work order records, invoice archives, and engine overhaul reports are retained for a statutory period of 5 years to comply with Indonesian commercial tax regulations and support future engine maintenance history, after which records are securely destroyed.
